The Slayer Steam LP adds low-pressure pre-infusion and post-infusion to Slayer’s high-volume platform, then locks in what works. Dial in by hand and Record & Playback saves your recipe to volumetric output, measured by weight, so every barista pulls the same shot. It’s ideal for specialty cafés that change coffees often and want control without slowing service.

As Slayer’s distributor for the south of the UK, we specify, install and service every machine we sell. We run Slayers in our own café, so we know what they need day to day.
